Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your polish and beauty tools in their original mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
